Boneless Eating Championship

Tim "Eater X" Janus of New York, NY defeats Ben Monson, of Twin Peaks, CA in boneless win-eating contest, after a two minute overtime eat-off. Eater X ate 7 lbs 11.5 ounces and set a world record, making him the champion of boneless wing-eating.  He won $2,000 for his first place finish. A field of 15 professional and amateur, competitive eaters participated in the event which was sanctioned by Major League Eating and at Isle of Capri Casino in Boonville, MO.

2nd place – Ben Monson, 7lbs 9.5 oz, winning $1,200
3rd place, $800 – Sonya “Black Widow” Thomas, of Alexandria, Va., 5lbs 8oz, winning $800
4th place $600 – Damon Wells, of Orange, Calif., 3lbs 1.5oz, winning $600
5th place $400 – Ben “Hungry Wolf” Taylor, of Chicago, Ill., 2lbs 9.5oz, winning $400
